Shipping Information
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Tracking: Included
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Cost: Free for orders over $50 USD
- Tracking: Included
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Socks
- Sports Bras
- Bottles & Hydration Packs
These items are clearly marked on their product pages.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you’re returning.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Process
- Once received, we inspect returns within 3-5 business days
- We’ll notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days (depending on your payment provider)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). Follow the same return process but indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
International Returns
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or taxes
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds are issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
